I don’t think they need it but if ever the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hanker for a ride, this would be it. Ladies and gentlemen, meet Turtlecar or.. um.. Shellby, whatever! Heck you can baptize it yourself if you want - the darn thing doesn’t have a name yet. The remodelled car is - of course the hump is a dead giveaway - no other than the iconic Volkswagen Beetle, named fourth most influential car of the 20th century by Global Automotive Elections Foundation. Now, a Beetle’s hip right? But a Turtle Beetle is beyond hip, it’s napalm. I love the smell of napalm in the morning. Where was I? Oh yes, Turtlecar looks like a piece of art there but I can’t imagine myself behind the wheel of this.. this mechanical contraption. I mean, what will the neighbors say? Plus we don’t know if it will pass the ultimate test: Will it sink or swim?

After cars shaped like shoes and imitation cars for kids, let’s now feast our eyes on cars that look like what we all need, want and love: food!

Check out this fully stuffed and fully colored motorcycle. Ain’t it a treat to be in the center of such a whoppin’ burger?

This car truly gets full points in the weirdness category. Actually, I don’t think it looks like a pea… it looks more like a vehicle from outer space. Hahaha.

Jumbo Wiener

If this car doesn’t get any attention, I dunno what will. With its’ size and bright colors (imagine, a yellow and orange sandwich!), it can never pass by unnoticed (or unwanted).

I was browsing ford’s site when I saw a one-of-a-kind 1932 Ford pedal car on auction. It got me curious so I decided to check out other pedal cars as well. Here are some of the different versions I found especially made for children. "FOR CHILDREN ONLY" I guess adults will have to wait in envy. These are the times I wish I were a child again. Oh well, it doesn’t hurt to wish..lol!

As far as odd cars go, this old shoe car is not as flashy as the new, modern ones out today. In fact, it’s so old that it became a local landmark, and everyone who resides in the West of Los Angeles knows this car.

Of course, with the fast-paced community we live in right now, everything changes and becomes newer, more awesome, and more modern-looking. Yes, even odd shoe cars:
